1. Purpose
Plume ("the service", accessible at plume.works) lets any adult natural person ("the user") take an oral evaluation of a skill with an artificial intelligence, against a flat fee, and obtain in return a publicly viewable digital badge.
These Terms govern the use of the service. Any order implies their unconditional acceptance.
2. Registration and access
Registration happens via a third-party account (Google OAuth at MVP). The user warrants that the information provided is accurate. They are responsible for keeping their third-party credentials confidential.

5. Rights over audio and transcript
The user retains ownership of their voice and the content of their answers. They grant Plume a non-exclusive license strictly limited to:
- automated evaluation and badge generation;
- Legal.Terms.li5b
- manual session audit by a Plume operator in case of suspected fraud.
No other use (model training, commercial communication, public sharing) is permitted without separate written consent.
6. Refund policy

- internal audit decision retracting the badge due to a technical failure attributable to Plume;
- technical inability to issue the badge within 72h.
Outside these cases, in accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once execution of the service (start of the oral) has begun with the user's express consent. Any goodwill refund request may nonetheless be addressed to hello@plume.works.
7. User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- answer themselves, without help from a human third party or another AI, during the oral;
- not use the service to have someone else take the evaluation;
- not attempt to manipulate the score (reading prepared notes, etc.).
Any proven breach results in revocation of the badge, with no refund.

9. Limitation of liability
Plume is an indicative evaluation tool. No contractual or legal value is attached to the badge in a hiring context. Plume shall not be held liable for a hiring decision made on the basis of a badge.
10. Changes to the Terms
Plume may modify these Terms at any time. Users with an account are notified by email 15 days before the new terms take effect.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be subject to an amicable resolution attempt. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the defendant's domicile or the place of performance of the service, at the claimant's choice.
